§ 1

1. These regulations (hereinafter the "Regulations") define the rules for the sale and implementation of the Voucher

§ 2

1. The phrases used in the Regulations mean:

Publisher - KARKO Robert Karkowski ul. Krzeszowska 62, 4th floor, 23-400 Biłgoraj, POLAND
Voucher - a card and the zloty contained therein, which constitute a voucher - entitles the User to its implementation in the online store www.karko.pl.
c. Buyer - a person who in KARKO.UK transfers funds to the Publisher in the amount equal to the value of the voucher, in return for which he receives a VOUCHER from the Publisher.
d). User - the holder of the Voucher, presenting it for execution at www.karko.pl by entering the rebate code from the voucher.
e). Goods - all goods purchased at karko.uk/

§3

1. The voucher is a voucher and is not a payment card.
2. The value of the Voucher is expressed in PLN.
3. The voucher cannot be activated for the amount lower than PLN 50.
4. The voucher is valid from the moment of its delivery to the Buyer.
5. The voucher may be redeemed only in the online store www.karko.uk.

§4

1. The Publisher undertakes to provide the Buyer with the Voucher in the amount declared by the Buyer, and then to accept it for implementation at karko.pl.
2. The funds transferred by the Buyer in accordance with point 1 shall become the property of the Publisher at the time of issuing the Voucher.
3. When the User concludes a contract for the sale of Goods with the Publisher, presenting the Voucher for execution, the sum of the amounts accumulated on the Voucher will be reduced by the amount corresponding to the amount of the price due to the Publisher for the Goods sold.
4. When redeeming the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive the rest in cash, if the value of the received Goods is lower than the current value of the Voucher. The remaining, unused value of the Voucher remains for use by the User during its validity period.
5. If the price of the Goods purchased by the User with the use of the Voucher is higher than the amount of the corresponding amount, the User will be obliged to pay the difference by another form of payment acceptable at www.karko.pl.
6. The User, by entering the code from the Voucher in the appropriate place next to the shopping cart in karko.pl, confirms the order to use the Voucher to the extent that the use of the card will result from the documentation held by the Publisher.

§5

1. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 (say: twelve) months from the date of its issue to the Purchaser.
3. After the expiry of the validity of the Voucher (12 months), card payments cannot be made. The period of validity of the Voucher cannot be extended.
4. In the event that, despite the expiry of the validity of the Voucher, the amount contained therein remains unused, the User has no right to demand from the Publisher a refund of the funds transferred to the Publisher.

§6

1. The Publisher has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher in the event of:

a.the expiry of the validity period,
b. the technical impossibility of redeeming the Voucher, in particular:

- inability to connect to the Publisher's IT system,
- damage to the Voucher to the extent that it is impossible to read the data stored on it.

2. The Publisher is not responsible for the Vouchers that have been lost (lost, stolen) after their delivery to the Buyer.
3. In the event of loss or theft of the Voucher, the User shall not be entitled to any claims against the Publisher.
4. The implementation of the Voucher by the User will constitute a valid transaction even in the event that the User acquires the Voucher in an unauthorized manner.

§7

1. In the case of returning the Goods purchased at karko.pl using a Voucher, the User will receive a new Voucher from the Publisher with a value corresponding to the price of the Goods to be returned. The new Voucher will be issued by the Publisher to the User immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the User's declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The new Voucher that the Publisher will issue to the User in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph will have a validity period of twelve (12) months from the date of its issue.
2. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions on www.karko.pl. In particular, it cannot be combined with discount codes.

§8

1. Any complaints related to the Vouchers will be considered by the Publisher in writing within 30 (say: thirty) days from the date of submitting a written complaint by the User.

§9

1. The Buyer, by paying the Publisher's funds and collecting the Voucher, declares that he has read these Regulations, understands its content, does not raise any objections to it and undertakes to comply with them.
2. The provisions of the law on gift certificates shall apply to all matters not covered by these Regulations.
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time without giving reasons. The changed terms of the Regulations will be made available on the website www.karko.pl.
4. Any complaints or objections to the application of the Regulations should be submitted in writing, within 3 days from the occurrence of the event justifying the complaint, to the Publisher's address indicated in §2 section 1 of the Regulations.

6. The Regulations are valid from 01/02/2021 until further notice.
